How far would you go to see an eclipse? For a true eclipse chaser, the answer is "as far as I need to." Especially when it comes to a Big One: a total eclipse, when the moon's shadow erases the sun completely. But these unusual events don't come to you -- you have to go to them. Video journalist Mike Rubens has always dreamed of seeing a total eclipse -- and on March 29th, 2006 he finally had his chance. To be there, he had to travel to Ghana. Eclipse Chasers follows Mike as he prepares his trip, and follows his adventures and misadventures as he journeys to and around Ghana.
